What type of warranty does the We-Vibe 3 have?
We-Vibe vibrators have a 12 month from the date of purchase international manufacturers warranty. Standard Innovation Corporation will replace your We-Vibe if it encounters any manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase. An Australian retailers warranty is also included.
What type of power adapter comes included with the We-Vibe 3?
The power adapter that connects the We-Vibe 3 charging dock to mains power will include the appropriate power point plug matched to the country where you purchased the We-Vibe.
Who makes the We-Vibe?
The We-Vibe vibrator is made by Standard Innovation Corporation, which is a Canadian based company. We-Vibes are physically manufactured in China.
Does the We-Vibe use batteries?
The vibrator has built in long life rechargeable batteries that never need replacing.
How long does it take to charge the vibrator?
Before first use it is recommended to charge the unit for 24 hours in the We-Vibe 3 charging dock. If you use your We-Vibe 3 on a regular basis, just leave the vibrator in the charging dock when not in use so it's always fully charged and ready for use. The We-Vibe 3 will not over-charge, as the intelligent charging dock will automatically detect when the vibrator is fully charged.
How long does the We-Vibe 3 work until it needs recharging?
The vibrator will last for 2 hours of continuous use before it needs recharged.
How do you operate the We-Vibe 3?
You can control the We-Vibe 3 either manually or by using the wireless remote control. To operate the We-Vibe 3 manually, just press the small button located on the nose of the exterior massage pad. Pressing this button once will turn the vibrator on. Pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds will turn the vibrator off. To scroll through the six vibration and pulsation modes, just press and release the button. Each time you do this the vibrator will advance to the next vibration mode. When you restart the We-Vibe 3 within an hour from last use, it will resume at the last vibration mode that was used.
To control the We-Vibe 3 using the wireless remote control, simply start your We-Vibe 3 by pushing the button on the nose of the massager, then press the thumb-shaped button on the wireless remote control to change vibration modes. Press and hold the remote control button to turn off. Within 45 minutes of being turned off, the wireless remote remains on standby and can be used to restart your We-Vibe 3. After 45 minutes, the We-Vibe 3 nose button must be used to turn it on before the remote control can be used.
What is the range of the We-Vibe 3 wireless remote control?
The wireless remote has a range of 3 metres (10 feet).
How is the wireless remote control powered?
The wireless remote control unit is fitted with a powerful long-life battery that will last for many years. The remote is permanently sealed and the battery cannot be replaced.
